There are plenty of people who love dairy — well not us. Whatever your reason is for avoiding dairy, feel comfort here. We have been avoiding dairy our whole lives, but still enjoying food to the best of our ability.
Some are lactose intolerant, some are allergic (where we fall), some avoid dairy for religious reasons, and some just feel healthier when they avoid dairy.
Whatever your reason, we hope to be a good source of dairy-free eating. Although many of our recipes/foods are completely dairy free, several may have traces of dairy like whey (which those allergic to casein can generally eat). However, we hope to be a wealth of information for those with milk allergies, lactose intolerance, casein-free diets, and general milk-free and non-dairy living individuals.
